Started today with a bowl of 1/2 cup (125ml) yogourt and 110g of my rhubarb. And coffee.
More coffee for my morning break.
Lunch was tuna salad, avocado (1/4 of an avocado, 45g) celery, radish and jicama.
By the time Doug got home at 6:30 I was really hungry so we had a huge Taco Salad. 60g mixed greens, 115g lean ground beef, 70g chopped tomatoes, 50g shredded cheese and 45g of sour cream. It was delish and I probably ate more than I really needed to just because I wolfed it down.
A few minutes ago I poured myself a diet ginger-ale and had three of the little piller's tid-bitz.
Calories for today 1,407 and 30g carbohydrates.
