Monday, October 7

Monday, October 7

Brunch at Shine. I had the Pacific omelette (smoked salmon, cream cheese and spinach) with a side of fruit salad and a potato scone.

My standard cheese and sausage snack.

Dinner was a serving of hamburger pie, with a side salad and a Zevia pop.

And lastly, an evening snack of (apparently healthy) crackers.

Sunday, October 6

Sunday, October 6

Just had a slice of bread with salmon cream cheese for breakfast.

And a small lunch of cheese, sausage, olives and a Zevia pop. More a snack, really...

...so I didn't feel bad about popping down to the Toque for an early dinner of a bacon cheese hotdog. On a pretzel bun, even!

We picked up snacks for game night. I took a maple cookie during set-up...

...one more during the Chrononauts session...

...and one more during Monty Python Fluxx. Which I feel is not that bad, considering the sheer amount of chips and popcorn and other stuff sitting there on the table the whole time.

Ended the day with another slice of bread with cream cheese and glass of Sprite Zero combined with some peach-pear juice.

Saturday October 5

Saturday October 5

Heavy sigh. Yes, I've been bad about keeping up the blog. But I have still been taking pictures, I swear. I will try to be better about uploading them, though. On to today's pictures!

It's hard to tell, but that's a PB&J sandwich for breakfast.

Usual work snack of cheese and sausage.

Again, hard to tell, but that's a ham and cheese sandwich. With a yogurt on the side.

Dinner: a nice pork chop and a side salad.

And a little evening snack of some smoked salmon cream cheese on bread.

Tuesday, October 1

Breakfast. Guess what? Yup. Egg and sausage.

Morning snack. Guess what? Yup. Cheese and sausage. (Cheese got a little beat up in transit.)

Lunch. Guess what? Yup. Cottage cheese and a yogurt, along with a quarter of that chicken.

Dinner. Hamburger pie and side salad.

And for an evening snack, a Sprite Zero and some GG crackers with peanut butter.

Monday, September 30

Imagine my surprise when I weighed myself this morning, and I was down 1.7 pounds! Maybe this is actually working...

Didn't have anything for breakfast, so I felt okay with having a heftier lunch and visiting the Tartan Toque. Had the burger special (details in picture above). Messy, but yummy! Also split a house salad with Lynn.
Dinner was half of the prawns seen above, with some NSA cocktail sauce. And a side salad.

A little snack while watching "Bones": half a package of Popped Cheese.

And, finally, a final evening snack. Yeah, it's cheese, sausage and olives again.

Catch-up!

Haven't posted for a couple of days, but I have been taking pictures. So, time for some catch-up.

Saturday, September 28

An egg and a couple of pork sausages for breakfast.

Usual mid-morning work snack of cheese and sausage.

Lunch was some flakes o' turkey, with cottage cheese and a yogurt.

Dinner was a porkchop, with a side salad and a can of Zevia cream soda.

Had half a bag of Popped Cheese courtesy of the Low Carb Grocer.

And, finally, a teensy sliver of cheese and sausage, with four olives.

Sunday, September 29

Another brekkie of egg and sausage.

For a very late lunch, we went down to the Shine Cafe. I had the Tuscan eggs benny, with a side of fruit salad.

For (again, a very late) dinner, one and a half salmon burger and a side salad.

Finally, a late evening snack. The ubiquitous cheese, sausage and olives.

Friday, September 27

Once again, a standard fried egg and 2 slices of bacon breakfast.

We had a meeting at work this morning. Croissants were present. One was had by me.

My usual mid-morning snack of a bit o' cheese and a bit o' sausage.

Lunch was cottage cheese, raspberry yogurt and the final quarter of that chicken.

There was also carrot cake at the morning meeting and there was still some left in the afternoon. Gave in and had the smallest slice I could cut without completely losing structural integrity.

Dinner was a ham steak with a little maple flavoured Kozlik's mustard on the side.

Still a little munchy in the evening, so had a wee snack of a bit of cheese and six olives.
