For dinner used up the rest of the savoy cabbage along with a barely visible blackened pork chop (not on purpose) and a salad.

Hungry watching movies later on. Had a mug of coffee and a small handful of PowerPop and a couple of werther's coffee caramel sugar-free candies.
Thursday, January 10th. Coffee, bacon and two eggs.
Really, really drowsy at work. Got the largest, strongest coffee I could. Was chipper and perky the rest of the day.
Lunch was a sandwich made on high-fibre (since we can't call it low-carb in Canada anymore) bread. Montreal smoked meat with a little cheese and dijon mustard. Carrot and celery sticks and a few radishes. Yogourt for dessert that I didn't eat until afternoon break. Wasn't too hungry at lunch because of the gallon of coffee but by mid-afternoon I wanted something more. Bought a small bag of almonds at the grocery and was going to count, but ended up eating more than half the bag. When I got home and weighed it discovered 80g of almonds missing. Didn't seem like much but sure packs a lot of calories!
Sliced turkey breast with a little gravy and piles of oven-roasted cauliflower. Also salad. Big mug of de-caf with a little sugar-free Torani syrup (english toffee flavour) which is kinda like dessert.
