Started taking pictures on Jan 5th and haven't posted yet since I wasn't sure how it would work after all this time - so far, so good. So since I have them here's a quick run down of the last few days.
Saturday, January 5th, 2008: coffee, protein shake w/blueberries, another coffee at Timmy's, a small apple and a piece of Quebecoise chevre. Pot of tea, taco salad and kippers and diet pop for a snack.







Sunday, January 6th, 2008: Coffee, omelet with chard, sausage and boursin cheese. Coffee at the Moka House, celery and a piece of "sticky toffee" cheese (with dates) left over. Roast chicken, roast celery root (celeriac) more of the chard a little gravy and a side salad. Pot of tea and late night snack - flax cereal with walnuts and a bit of cream.







Monday, September 7th : Coffee, bacon and eggs, cheddar cheese. Lunch of salmon blended with a few capers, coffee, same dinner as last night and later on white chocolate flavoured sugar-free pudding (two servings).






Tuesday, September 8th (today). Coffee, bacon and eggs. Can of smoked tuna slices, carrot and celery sticks, radishes, yogourt flavoured with sugar-free Torani syrup. Savoy cabbage stir-fried with a couple of shitaki mushrooms and a clove of garlic then some poaches smoked cod. Small apple and more chevre and a mug of de-caf.
