Up way to early again. Coffee.
Not particularly hungry and trying to get back to normal intakes so started with a double scoop of protein drink with a few raspberries.
Coffee break.
Lunch is tuna salad with the usual jicama, celery and radishes.
Dinner was a big pork chop (202g including bone) with a big spoonful of applesauce, some lovely fresh string beans and our usual side salad.
Totals for today (depending on if fitday includes the bone in the weight or not - I can't figure it out) 1,451 calories and 31g of carbohydrates. Yay!
