Yes, I'm finally working Monday-Friday, at least for now. Started with 2 servings of Whey Gourmet protein shake in milk chocolate flavour and coffee.Lunch was a bit of left-over chicken breast (80g) and some celery and radishes.
Coffee for afternoon break.
Dinner was a pretty large pork chop (165g) with cranberry sauce on since there's still lots left and it tastes really good. Also brussel sprouts and a salad.
When I got my coffee this afternoon I also bought another "superflax" muffin. I had about 2/3 of it this evening with a pot of tea. (Doug ate the other 1/3).
Total calories 1,640 and 81g of carbohydrates.
