Had a late-ish breakfast, late enough to also serve as lunch. We decided to go down to the always good Shine Cafe and I had the croque-madame eggs benny with a side of grilled tomato. Yum!
Dinner was a nice, big chef's salad, with eggs, goat cheese, some turkey meat and plenty of greens.
And, for an evening snack, a couple of slices of GG brand fibre cracker slathered with a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter.
