Monday morning off to Shine Cafe for an Ooooo Benny having seen the re-run of "You gotta eat here" last night where Barry makes one for John.

I actually left a couple of bites on my plate - hardly ever happens!

Because of our hearty brunch we didn't eat again until I made a chef salad for an early dinner.

Of course that didn't hold us until bedtime so around 8pm we both had some peanut butter on a couple of bran crisps and I had a decaf mocha.
