I've been eating low-carb for the last three years and have already lost over 25kg but still have problems with portion control and mindless snacking. In an effort to be mindful about what I eat I'm taking pictures of everything I put in my mouth. I was inspired by a book called "Everything I Ate: a year in the life of my mouth" by Tucker Shaw.
