Bacon and 2 eggs, coffee.More coffee on my coffee break, also some water because it's so darn hot out today.
Chicken salad with capers (I keep forgetting to put on a nice sprinkle of that yummy paprika) mushrooms, radishes, jicama and celery.
After lunch two of the Reese's no sugar added, peanut butter cup miniatures.
Rest of the coffee later on.
Dinner was two hamburger patties (140g) with edam cheese (30g) and tomato slices. Also a side salad.
Somewhat later a no sugar added, fat free fudgesicle, only 45 calories!
Totals for today 1,401 calories and 48g of carbohydrates although much of that is the sugar alcohols in the chocolates.
