(Wednesday) Not only craving chocolate...

...but had rather a lot of it today.

Started (as we all do) with good intentions. Coffee and hot cereal made from flax and a little dried coconut, cinnamon and splenda with a dollop of cream.Coffee and 30g of filberts (hazelnuts).
Tuna salad for lunch with the usual radish, celery, jicama combo.
Not actually real food but very yummy - and only 60 calories.
Afternoon break, the rest of the coffee and a 20g portion of gouda.
Once again I had roast beef and cauliflower. No, really! Only there wasn't much left so I chopped it up and made an omelet. 80g beef, 30g cauliflower and three medium eggs.
Bought another Ross chocolate bar today. On the wrapper it says healthy and tasty. Tasty I get - but even with sugar alcohols replacing the sugar, how exactly is this a healthy?
You'd think the chocolate bar would be enough, but no, later on I had another fudge pop. This is really getting out of hand!

must have chocolate!

Still having strong chocolate cravings today. Had a scoop of chocolate flavoured whey protein powder for breakfast with my coffee.By coffee break I was quite hungry - tummy rumbles and all - took out both snacks I had packed but in the end didn't eat the cheese portion. The coffee and pecans filled me up enough to last until lunchtime.
Chicken salad with capers, mayo and sweet paprika. Jicama, celery and radishes.
I bought two Ross nsa chocolate bars while I was out doing errands at lunchtime. I had half of the dark bar after I finished my lunch.
At dinner I had (once again) roast beef, cauliflower and a salad.
And a fudge pop.
Later on I had 29g of hazelnuts and the other half of the Ross bar. Yum.
Total calories today 1,685 and 43g of carbohydrates. Reasonable and if I can have bits of chocolates and nuts within reason I shouldn't have any reason to "cheat".
